We are all about providing excellent customer service, but as you might already know there's a lot work involved in developing, maintaining and supporting an extension. That's why, to provide you with ongoing support we've decided to implement a new Subscription system which will give us the chance to take some time out of our daily jobs to provide you with full tutorials and constant support for our extensions. With your help our extensions will continue evolving and we'll be here to constantly help you. We'll be able to dedicate more time to improving and taking our extensions to the next level.
From now on, support to all our new extensions will be carried out only to subscribers. Video tutorials will be released, and more help will be available in the forums.
