I know this is a new thread of already stated information, ive read all the other threads, and because i don't really understand joomla much yet and it's backend all the high techy replies confuse me more, or don't make any sense.
So if someone could please reply to me in very lay-mans terms i would appreciate it... and not with a search link. I just don't understand a lot of the techy stuff.

This is where my mod is installed: /www/blog/modules/mod_jlord_phplistsubscriber/
& I also see this: /www/blog/modules/mod_phplistsubscriber1.0/
i have NO CLUE where the "lists" reside on my blog server and have looked, i host with siteground. I cannot find the backend of the subscribed address in Joomla's admin, and I also get the "there was a problem when retrieving data" error. I keep reading about mysql stuff, do i need to create a database for this component?
All in all the directions for installing and configureing this component are extremely vague and there's a lot of questions on it... Im seriously just about to go back to wordpress because im getting so frustrated.
Now another question for css pros, How do i get my template to STACK the entries instead of the side to side crap it's doing now???
