1. Membership
Each described Subscription gives you the right to use Joomclub extensions on as many sites you (the subscriber) develops. It is not permitted to openly distribute our extensions to non-subscribers of our club - as these will have a negative impact on the future development and support of our extensions .

2. Product Delivery
As soon as you have carried out payment and we can acknowledge receipt of the money, we will email you your membership information. In case you have not received an email from our side within 24 hours, please contact us through this web site. After receiving our email with your account details, you have immediate access to our member area. The email address you are giving us, should be valid, as we will use it to contact you. We therefore recommend to use your company`s email address. Note: Your order can be pending for manual antifraud check up from Paypal.

3. Refund Policy
Since Joomclub is offering non-tangible irrevocable software it is not possible for us to offer refunds.

If you subscribe to an auto-recurring plan, it is your responsability to cancel your own paying subscription via Paypal's account Center. We do not have control over this and we DO NOT offer refund on the basis that you forgot to cancel the subscription. Auto-recurring plans are clearly marked as so in the subscription page.

4. Privacy Policy
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, addressing any customer service issues and informing you of future updates of our products.

5. License
5.1. Ownership
Any Joomclub extension modified or unmodified are not your property. You do not own them. They are property of Joomclub.com and our own developers. - You're allowed to modify our extensions as required, but you're not allowed to redistribute them. Distribution of any of our code under your own name is a serious copyright breach.

5.2. Unauthorized use
It is not permitted to put our extensions in a modified or changed or even unmodified version on a disk, website, P2P or any other medium and use it for resale purposes. Should you intend to do so you have to discuss and agree upon this with Joomclub in any case.

5.3. Modifications
You are allowed to make any changes and modifications in the code or extensions to suit your needs. It is not permitted to change or remove the copyright information in source code. This includes the xml descriptor file and all php, javascript, html and css files distributed with our products except 3rd party libraries. Of course any visual copyrights for example in the footer can be removed. However, you are not allowed to resale or redistribute these changes and modifications as GPL or other licenses.

5.4. Assignability
Should you intend to give your license to someone else or to delegate it, you have to agree upon that with Joomclub.com first.

6. Warranty
Joomclub.com gives no warranty or guarantee for our code or extensions in any manner. Please ensure that your browser works with the template. We cannot give you the guarantee that our extensions will be compatible with all third party components. We guarantee that all our extensions work with the current version of Joomla 1.0. But we cannot guarantee though that they will work with the future versions of Joomla. Our Exntesions are not created for Joomla 1.5, unless marked otherwise.

Please notice that if you become a subscriber we'll help you in any possible way should you require any help regarding installation, modification or administration of our extensions. You can use the forum in the member area to lodge your support questions.
